Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

In addition to any mandatory rights available under applicable law, we offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

For returns made under this voluntary 30-day policy, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required. These conditions do not limit any statutory rights available to consumers, including the European Union right of withdrawal described below.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights or legal guarantees available to consumers under applicable law.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain returns may be excluded where permitted by applicable law, including products that have been customized or personalized, goods that cannot be returned for genuine health or hygiene reasons after being unsealed, or other items specifically exempt from a statutory right of withdrawal.

Sale or discounted items are subject to the same mandatory consumer rights as other items where required by applicable law.

Exchanges
If you would like a different item, please request a return for the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered to a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

To exercise this right, please contact us at support@cloudcup.shop within the 14-day withdrawal period. You may inspect the goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection.

Unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising the right of withdrawal. Return instructions and the return address will be provided after you contact us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If a refund is due, it will be issued to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.

For returns made under the European Union right of withdrawal, refunds will be processed within the time required by applicable law. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
